Our position regarding Quality at Preferred Molding Compounds is pretty simple. We are focused on a path of “Continual Improvement” paying particular attention to the following areas:

Product Quality

The Quality Management Team's main focus at PMC is to look for ways to continually improve our processes regarding Quality. The procedures and systems PMC has in place are constantly being monitored and evaluated in an effort to refine all areas. Our desire is to insure that the requirements specified by our customers are being met on a consistent basis.

An integral part of our Quality Assurance Program is our Engineering & In-House Testing capabilities. At Preferred Molding Compounds our In-House capabilities include the following:

• First Piece & Final Inspection
• Resin Gel Testing
• Flex Modulus
• Flex Strength
• Tensile Strength
• Viscosity Checks
• Bar-col Hardness

On-Time Delivery

We know that our customers are dependent on us for products that are produced to meet their specifications and delivered on time. Our position is that we are “business partners” and certainly want to see our customers succeed. At PMC we pay particular attention to the area of producing and delivering materials on time, every time.

Service & Support

When it comes to service, PMC makes every effort to assist our customers when new application needs arise. All resources at Preferred Molding are available to our customers.
